6 Night 7 Day Adventure Schedule
Day 1: Arrival
- *Pick-Up:* Arrive at Liberia Airport; shuttle service from San Jose available for an additional cost.
- *Settling In:* Enjoy a warm welcome dinner and get acquainted with fellow participants.
- *Introductory Circle:* Participate in a circle to share experiences and introduce the Five Element Reset Adventure Retreat.
- * Welcome Dinner to be enjoyed!
Day 2: Earth Day
- *Morning:* Start with a grounding meditation and introduction to the Earth mantra.
- *Breakfast:* Indulge in a delightful breakfast.
- *Leisure Time:* Relax by the pool.
- *Lunch:* Picnic at Puerto Viejo, a stunning beach with breathtaking landscapes.
- *Afternoon Activity:* Horseback riding during sunset.
- *Evening:* Return to the hotel for a delicious dinner followed by a closing ceremony for Earth Day.
Day 3: Water Day
- *Morning:* Begin with a water mantra and meditation.
- *Breakfast:* Indulge in a delightful breakfast.
- *Leisure Time:* Enjoy relaxation by the pool.
- *Excursion:* Head to Tamarindo for a catamaran adventure to a beautiful island for snorkeling and sunset views.
- *Evening:* Explore Tamarindo's vibrant nightlife. Dinner is on your own(ofcourse we will guide you if need); pick-up at the hotel at 9 PM.
Day 4: Air Day
- *Morning:* Start with the air element mantra and meditation.
- *Breakfast:* Nourish your body for the day's activities.
- *Surfing Lessons:* Dive into surfing at Avellana Beach, known for its stunning landscapes.
- *Lunch:* Enjoy a meal at a beautiful beachside restaurant.
- *Evening:* Return to the hotel for dinner with live music and entertainment, followed by a closing ceremony for Air Day.
Day 5: Transitional Day
- *Morning:* Breakfast and a quick meditation to start the day.
- *Travel to La Fortuna:* Enjoy two scenic stops:
- *First Stop:* Arenal Lake for a picturesque lunch.
- *Second Stop:* National Park of Hot Springs.
- *Afternoon:* Settle in La Fortuna and enjoy a leisurely exploration of the town.
Day 6: Fire Day
- *Morning:* Ignite the fire element with a mantra and breathwork session to start the day with energy and intention.
- *Excursion:* Prepare for an exciting boat tour on a beautiful lake Arenal to Monteverde. This adventure includes a three-hour hike in Cloud Forest where you'll experience the breathtaking beauty of *13 waterfalls* and enjoy stunning views of *three volcanoes*.
- *Optional Activities:* For the last 30 minutes of the tour, you have the option to either continue walking or finish off your adventure with a choice of horseback riding or ATV riding.
*Important Note:* If one feels unsure about completing the three-hour hike, please inform the administration in advance. We can arrange an alternative activity that will be easier and more suitable for you.
- *Evening:* After a day filled with exploration, we'll gather for a delicious dinner to celebrate the day's adventures.
Day 7: Ether Day
- *Morning:* We will begin our day by connecting with the ether element through a soothing mantra and meditation, setting a tranquil tone for the day ahead.
- *Breakfast:* Enjoy a nourishing breakfast to fuel your body for the adventures that await.
- *Excursion:* After breakfast, we will visit a beautiful sloth conservatory, where you'll have the opportunity to learn about these incredible creatures in their natural habitat.
- *Natural Hot Springs:* Next, we will head to a stunning hotel featuring a conservatory overlooking the Arenal Volcano in La Fortuna, where you can relax in the natural hot and cold springs, immersing yourself in the rejuvenating waters.
- *Sound Bath Experience:* In the afternoon, we will gather at our chalet for a rejuvenating sound bath experience, designed to relax and center us as we reflect on our journey together.
- *Evening:* We will conclude our retreat with a heartfelt closing ceremony around a campfire, where we can share beautiful memories and experiences from the week: Final moment of connection and celebration!
NOTE: With Co-Ed Retreats rooms will be assigned according to what is agreed upon with our guest while discussing arrangements
